All content on Kosova Vista—including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software—is the property of Eksperienca Group L.L.C or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
User-Generated Content
By submitting content to the Platform (e.g., articles, comments, photos), you grant Kosova Vista a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the Platform. You retain ownership of your content and are responsible for ensuring it does not infringe on the rights of others.
Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
Kosova Vista is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Platform.

Formal Proceedings: If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Prishtina, Kosovo.
